What options are available to Purchase eZee FrontDesk License?

Do we need to purchase any database license such as Microsoft SQL server?
No, You don't need to purchase any software license like MS SQL. eZee FrontDesk uses Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition as a database. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition is free of cost.
However if you have large installation, you may need to purchase license for respective edition of Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Please contact eZee FrontDesk Support for more information.
Do I need to purchase a new license if I want to increase number of rooms? Or if I want to add any optional module like Call Accounting interface or POS later.
You don't have to purchase a new license. You can increase the number of rooms any time by paying only the difference of cost. The difference of cost would be based on the current price of the software. This is also applicable to the optional module you may want to purchase after you have have purchased the eZee FrontDesk.
I have purchased eZee FrontDesk, How do I proceed from here? OR I have purchased the eZee FrontDesk But the software gives me message that "My software demo is expired", how can I register it as a full copy?
If you have purchased eZee FrontDesk, then you will need to register it. Please follow the steps below to register your eZee FrontDesk installation.
Step 1: Please fill up the license request form available at this location request for license
Step 2: In this license request form, you will be asked for 2 numbers; Machine id and Session id. To get this numbers Start eZee FrontDesk Program. Click on Register button. A dialogue will open, on this dialogue you will see Session ID and Machine ID.
Step 3: Once you submit this form, we will verify your details and send you the license details and the instructions to apply that.
Step 4: Step 4: If you have purchased more than one license then please send these 2 numbers (Machine ID and Session ID) from all computers to support@eZeefrontdesk.com.
Please note you are requested to fill the license request form for one time only. For the extra computer licenses you can send Machine ID and session ID by email.
